We wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of your work on our new home. We are very pleased with our home including the overall quality of the workmanship and the complete process from the initial budgeting to the final punchlist.

The process proceeded at a very quick pace, with the entire process from pricing to completion of the home being less than 12 months. In fact the time from knocking down the first trees to receiving the CO from the county was only 8 months. The home moved along very quickly with little or no time between phases of construction.

The final quality is excellent, with virtually no punchlist on the home. We were pleased with the quality of workers and subcontractors that were involved with our home. All were very professional and seemed to genuinely care about producing a quality home. The budgeting process was very complete and straight forward, with all of the allowance items being sufficient to cover the final cost.

On any issues that arose, we were able to find a solution that was fair to all sides. We could always count on you to do the right thing in finding solutions. We are convinced that there is no other builder in the greater Lake Keowee home market that would have been able to complete our home as well as you have. As we are in the engineering field, we understand some of the challenges that your business is going thru in these economic times, but I do not think that it ever affected either the overall quality of our home or the process of building our home.

We would be glad to tell the story of building our home to any of your future clients and would be glad to allow you to show our home as an example of your work. We could not imagine anyone else building our home for us and look forward to recommending you to other possible homeowners.
