As someone new to building a home, Kelly and I didn’t know where to begin! I spoke with many patients of mine and kept hearing about Brad Kisker and Kisker Construction. Those patients stated that if they were to build again, they would use Brad again. I called Brad and he “took the bull by the horns.” During the process, he met with us several times, led the meetings with the draftsman, gave several ideas and made our dreams a reality. Brad was always very honest with budgeting and stuck to it without the surprises that we would often hear about.He and his subcontractors have a mutual respect for one another that gave Kelly and I much peace during the project. The quality of the workmanship has been amazing and his follow up care is truly beyond what I would have expected!! We have been in our home for a little over a year now and know that we made the right choice to have Brad Kisker build our home. Brad Kisker built our beautiful home at The Reserve at Lake Keowee in 2010. He was ahead of schedule in building and under budget in costs which is a true rarity in the home building business. Brad has an intense passion to get the house built the right way and in a timely fashion. All the subcontractors and vendors had great respect for Brad and they all worked together to make a very solid and well built home. He was very organized and gave timely updates on construction of the house.
In our lives we have built four different houses and this was the best experience we have ever had with a builder. Brad Kisker is a true professional and we are glad he built our retirement home.
